Terms & Conditions – Brand Rep

If you would like to join our Brand Rep family please ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions below and understand requirements.


Term will run for 3 months from the application approval date. Contract may be extended if mutually agreed upon by both parties.


  • Australian residents only

  • Public Instagram accounts only

  • Must be active on social media

  • You are unable to represent an additional personalised gift/educational toys company for the period of our contract

  • Must be the legal parent or have parent/guardian permission to use photography of children being provided

  • Post photos at a time that is high traffic for your account

  • Use clever and engaging captions/tags, call to actions in your description to encourage discussion and engagement in your posts

  • Photos must be clear and crisp

  • Minimum of 3 story posts. First story to be posted within 7 days of receiving product

  • Permission is to be granted to Omababy Australia to use photos taken during contract period for all social media, marketing and website


  • 1-2 x FREE item per month (for 3 x months total) - product of our choice

  • Unique 10% discount code for your family, friends & followers; 20% Unique code for yourself.

  • Going above and beyond may get you additional incentives as a thank you for all your hardwork such as additional discounts. 


  • If you are unable to meet your obligations as above due to unforeseen circumstances as we do understand that emergencies and situations may change that inhibit you from providing images as required within the timeframes agreed upon. You must contact Omababy Australia by any means possible (phone, email, social media direct message) to advise, so that we are able to work with you on making alternative arrangements

  • If you to choose to cancel agreement without 14 days notification, you will be asked to return Omababy Australia products in acceptable condition and be liable for return postage

  • If you choose to cancel agreement, you will also forfeit all benefits offered to our Brand Reps including cancellation of your discount code

  • If you encounter any issues with our products upon delivery please contact us within 24 hours so that replacement items can be dispatched

  • If social media posts or stories receive negative comments during your contract please direct message us immediately as we would like to offer as much assistance as possible to ensure we all have a positive experience

  • We have the right to withdraw you from the at contract anytime, without question if we find you do not adhere to the terms and conditions


Please do not be discouraged - if you are not successful in this instance to become our new brand rep, we would like to retain your details so that we may contact you at a later date for future opportunities.
