  • Majority of small parcels will be sent by Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
  • Bulk items may be shipped separately and you will be notified through email.

What if my parcel is missing?

Please note that deliveries normally occur during weekdays, excluding public holidays and weekends. 

If your delivery has exceeded the delivery timeframe, you will need to first contact the courier company delivering the parcel to you incase they have more information that isn't shown on your tracking link.

If they are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us immediately via email at for further assistance.

What if my parcel or product arrived damaged?

If your package/product becomes damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the parcel being delivered at with clear photos/videos of everything you have received and the condition of the parcel/products.

We will assist/guide you with proceeding with insurance claim with the courier company used for delivery. For Australia post, you will need to lodge insurance claim by visiting your closest Auspost outlet, please more info on claiming lost/damaged parcel with Auspost, please click here

If your parcel tracking detail indicates that item has been delivered but you have not received it, please have a look around your property to see if it was placed away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage/side doors. You could also check with the people who live with you, and ask your neighbours if they didn't perhaps pick up the package for you.

If you have attempted all of the above and the package is still not found, the courier company that delivered the parcel or local post office is the next best place to contact.

If your parcel is still missing once you have contacted the courier company, please contact us via and we will assist you as much as is reasonably possible to trace a missing parcel.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcel so we will not be able to refund lost parcels and may not be able to send another parcel unless an insurance claim is involved.

To New Zealand:

  • Currently, we are offering Flat Rate AUD25 Shipping to NZ with min. purchase of AUD50. So, the more you purchase in one go, the better it is for shipping cost 
  • For Kiwy Baby Products, we are offering a Flat Rate Shipping of AUD45 due to the dimension of the package.

  • We do ship to selected countries, please email us for a more accurate shipping quote.
  • Please note Omababy G&E PTY LTD is not responsible for any custom taxes or duties charged by your country, it is the buyer's responsibility for any charges that incur relating to custom taxes and duties.
  • If you choose to ship with NO tracking number, please be aware Omababy is not responsible for any lost parcels. Hence, we always recommend using tracking service.
  • International shipping fees does not cover any applicable custom taxes or duties in your country. It is your responsibility for any custom taxes or duties charged to you upon receiving the items.


If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, we will ship it altogether when the pre-order item is ready to be shipped. Delivery dates are an estimate and could possibly be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 


1. Is it safe to pay online via your store?

Absolutely! We use Shopify's secure payment gateway, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means that your information is ultra secure when transacting online at our store, so that you can shop with a peace of mind.

2. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Paypal, Laybuy, Zippay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX and Afterpay at this moment, due to the high fees involved. 

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

We are as excited to share our products with you! We aim to process and dispatch your orders within 2-3 business days. All our parcels comes with tracking services unless otherwise stated. It is expected that all standard delivery will take ~5-14 business days for delivery depending on the courier service used. 

For pre-ordered items, we will provide update as soon as we can confirm the delivery date with the supplier, an estimated shipment arrival date will be reflected on product page or you may contact us at if you have any further questions. 

4. Why won't my discount codes work?

Only one discount code is allowed per transaction and it is not in conjunction with any other offer. Please read the term and conditions of the discount code carefully and use the one that gives you the most benefits! 

5. Help! I had signed up for Omababy's newsletter but I did not receive my welcome voucher code.
