Omababy Australia will not be responsible for an incorrect delivery address entered by the Customer. An additional shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customer for reprocessing of orders if their order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address.

- Currently, we are offering AUD20 Flat Rate Shipping to NZ with min. purchase of AUD50. So, the more you purchase in one go, the better it is for shipping cost :)

- If you choose shipping with NO tracking, please be aware Omababy is not responsible for any lost parcels. Where possible, we always recommend using tracking service.
- International shipping fees does not cover any applicable custom taxes or duties in your country. It is your responsibility for any custom taxes or duties charged to you upon receiving the items.
FOR PREORDER ITEMS:
If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, we will ship it altogether when the pre-order item is ready to be shipped. Delivery dates are an estimate and could possibly be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
1. Is it safe to pay online via your store?
Absolutely! We use Shopify's secure payment gateway, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means that your information is ultra secure when transacting online at our store, so that you can shop with a piece of mind.
2. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, Laybuy, Zippay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX at this moment.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
We are as excited to share our products with you! We aim to process and dispatch your orders within 2-3 business days. All our parcels comes with tracking services unless otherwise stated. However, due to the Covid-19 situation, your delivery might be delayed due to the strict health and safety regulations and a record number of people shopping online.
4. Why won't my discount codes work?
Only one discount code is allowed per transaction. Please read the term and conditions of the discount code carefully and use the one that gives you the most benefits!
5. Help! I had signed up for Omababy's newsletter but I did not receive my welcome voucher code.
