WARRANTY ON KIWY CUBE UV STERILISER
A 12-months warranty is provided on these Omababy’s electrical product: the steriliser motor and certain parts of the steriliser. The warranty is for the purchaser from the date of purchase as recorded in Shopify through Omababy’s website. The warranty is void if the product is on-sold. These products must be handled as directed in the instruction manuals that come with the product.
The warranty is void if the product is damaged through negligence, being dropped, tampered with, mishandled, improper installation or maintenance of products, immersed in liquid and normal wear and tear due to environmental or natural elements.
Do not service or repair the Pump Unit or the Steriliser. Any tampering of the Steriliser, the Pump Unit or the Power Adaptor will render the warranty void.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The maximum liability of the warranty shall never exceed the actual price that was paid for the product in Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order should the pricing or the available information be incorrect.
Warning, for your safety and health! The instruction manual that comes with each Kiwy product must be read before use and followed. Keep the instruction manual for your reference. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a copy of the instruction manual that goes with your product purchase.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENT/CANCELLATION AND MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of HeorShe baby teats, bottles, sippy cups, straw set, Kiwy UV sterilisers and accessories once they have been opened. Any used products cannot be returned. If you have an issue with a product or believe it is faulty, please contact our customer service staff at email@example.com.
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. To start the returns process an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is not a result of Omababy’s error, original shipping fees will not be refunded. We will provide you with a return shipping address, and you pay for the return postage using the carrier of your choice.
Our products such as the Kiwy Cube UV Steriliser, HeorShe bottles, teats, sippy cups, straws and spouts are sealed with a factory seal over the openings of the box. If these seals are broken, the item cannot be returned. Please send photos of the outer box, or shrink-wrapped pack, showing the box is sealed over the opening on the top and the bottom. When photos shows the packaging intact are received the return will be approved. You are required to send the order back to us within the 30-day return time. All returns go through a returns-check process that can take approximately two weeks to be completed. Please note that refunds are done minus the outgoing shipping costs in the form of store credit.
We are not responsible for products returned to us without a tracking number. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our hand and proof of delivery is provided.
A confirmation email will be sent out once item has been received for processing.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping cost or any other related expenses such as custom duties/import taxes is non-refundable.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com.
-Replacing faulty damaged or missing products-
The product will be replaced providing it is deemed not to have been tampered with or damaged through incorrect use. We ensured that every care has been taken with manufacturing in addition to doing multiple checks of each Kiwy Cube UV Steriliser to ensure the highest quality of the product; and that they comply with the AU safety requirements. For any faulty, damaged or missing items, or other Omababy’s product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase to rectify the problem.
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
We process orders as soon as they come in thus the cancellation window is very narrow. If you wish to make changes or cancel an order please contact us immediately upon placing the order. Once an order has been processed/shipped no changes can be made to the order. The order can be returned upon receipt of it. Please follow the procedures listed under Returns policy to make a return.
An order confirmation email is sent after each order. The email is sent to the one used when placing the order. If you cannot find this email please check your junk/trash folder. If you are still not finding it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
We aim for all product descriptions to be as accurate as possible. However, there may be inaccuracies at times for which we apologise and will correct upon knowledge of this. If your order was delivered missing an item listed in the description please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. Please note that colour of products may vary slightly due to the fact that some colours are projected slightly differently on various devices.
