Kiwy UV Steriliser Warranty


* Please note that Kiwy Australia/ NZ warranty is ONLY following where we stated as below and our website. NOT from the paper manual or any other countries’ warranty policy. 

  1. A 12-months warranty is provided on these Omababy’s electrical product: the Kiwy UV steriliser motor. 
  2. The warranty is for the purchaser from the date of purchase as recorded in Shopify through Omababy’s website.
  3. The duration of this warranty will not be extended in the event that the unit has been repaired or a replacement provided, nor will Omababy offer warranty for any repairs performed if the unit is out of warranty. 
****UVC rotating bar and accessories are not covered under warranty.****

What will void the warranty?

  1. The warranty will be voided if the product is on-sold. These products must be handled as directed in the instruction manuals that comes with the product.
  2. The warranty will be voided if the product is damaged through negligence, being dropped, tampered with, mishandled, improper installation or maintenance of products, immersed in liquid and normal wear and tear due to environmental or natural elements.
  3. Do not service or repair the Pump Unit of the Steriliser. Any tampering of the Steriliser, the pump unit or the power adaptor will render the warranty void.
  4. If a replacement unit is offered, the faulty unit will need to be returned for warranty and rectification purposes. The warranty will be voided for any unreturned unit. 

***Please note that minor cosmetic flaws that does not affect the function of Kiwy UV steriliser will not be covered under manufacturer's warranty. ***

Omababy is not responsible for any service required due to misapplication, improper installation, inadequate wiring, incorrect voltage conditions or for any consequential damages of any kind. When required by Statutory or local authority, equipment must be installed by qualified persons in accordance with all relevant regulations.

Condition of the Product

  1. In addition to the above, it is user's responsibility to ensure that all items must be sent back in a clean condition. Once the item(s) arrived into our warehouse, we will perform immediate assessment to our best ability. If it is found that the products returned to us under the warranty period appears to have not been regularly cleaned/maintained (eg food residue, old water stains left on the bottom of the machine), warranty may be voided and a charge may incur for repair due to negligence.
  2. A charge may also incur due to abuse or accidental damage on the part of the operator, or when no fault can be found, or where the fault is due to the causes outside the control of Omababy. 


The maximum liability of the warranty shall never exceed the actual price that was paid for the product in Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order should the pricing or the available information be incorrect.

Warning, for your safety and health! The instruction manual that comes with each Kiwy product must be read before use and followed.  Keep the instruction manual for your reference. Please email if you need a copy of the instruction manual that goes with your product purchase.



Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of all purchased goods including HeorShe baby teats, bottles, sippy cups, straw set, bibs range, silicone night lights, milk collectors, breast pads, Kiwy UV sterilisers, Kiwy Miya hospital grade breast pump, Portable Bottle warmers and accessories once they have been dispatched. 

If you have an issue with a product or believe it is faulty, please contact our customer service staff at within 14 days of receiving your products.

To start the returns process an email must be sent to If your return is not a result of Omababy’s error, original shipping fees will not be refunded. We will provide you with a return shipping address, and you pay for the return postage using the carrier of your choice.

We will not be responsible for products returned to us without a tracking number. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our hand and proof of delivery is provided. 

A confirmation email will be sent out once item has been received for processing.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping cost or any other related expenses such as custom duties/import taxes is non-refundable.

Replacing faulty damaged or missing products

The product will be replaced providing it is deemed not to have been tampered with or damaged through incorrect use. We ensured that every care has been taken with manufacturing in addition to doing multiple checks of each Kiwy Cube UV Steriliser to ensure the highest quality of the product; and that they comply with the AU safety requirements.

Omababy  Australia reserve the right to request photo/s or video footage to assist processing a warranty claim. Large video files can be sent to 

In order to deemed whether or not a product is faulty, the product will need to be sent back to our warehouse for our technician to assess. We will not be able to assess a faulty product through photos/videos.

In the event of no fault can be found within the product after verification/ rectification process, the product will be returned to the customer.

How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

All orders are final. Omababy does not provide refunds/exchange/return on goods due to change of mind. 

We process orders as soon as they come in. If you wish to make changes, please contact us immediately upon placing the order. Once an order has been processed/shipped, no changes can be made to the order.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent after each order is placed. The email is sent to the email addressed provided when placing the order. If you cannot locate this email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you are still cannot locate it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Product descriptions

We aim for all product descriptions to be as accurate as possible. However, there may be inaccuracies at times for which we apologise and will correct upon knowledge of this. If your order was delivered and is missing an item listed in the description, please contact our customer service team at within 14 days upon receipt of your package. 

Please note that colour of products may vary slightly due to the fact that some colours are projected slightly differently on various devices.
