Shipping policy

SHIPPING

  • Flat rate Standard Shipping with tracking (~7-14 business days) on all orders. 
  • Regional customers kindly contact us for an accurate shipping price.
  • Majority of orders will be dispatched using Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
  • Bulk items may be shipped separately and you will be notified through email.
  • Express shipping (~2-5 business days) is available at an extra cost, please contact us if you would like to arrange for Express Shipping.

Omababy Australia will not be responsible for an incorrect delivery address entered by the Customer. An additional shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customer for reprocessing of orders if their order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address.

To New Zealand:

International

Please kindly drop us an email at omababyau@gmail.com if you live outside of Australia. 

  • At the moment we are focusing on Australia and New Zealand's market however we will be opening up international shipping once we manage to negotiate a better rate with our courier services :) 
  • Please note Omababy G&E PTY LTD is not responsible for any custom taxes or duties charged by your country
  • If you choose shipping with NO tracking please be aware Omababy is not responsible for any lost parcels. Where possible, we always recommend using tracking service.
  • International shipping fees does not cover any applicable custom taxes or duties in your country. It is your responsibility for any custom taxes or duties charged to you upon receiving the items.

FOR PREORDER ITEMS:

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, we will ship it altogether when the pre-order item is ready to be shipped. Delivery dates are an estimate and could possibly be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances

PAYMENTS

1.  Is it safe to pay online via your store?

  • Yes! We use Shopify's secure payment gateway. 

2 .How long will my order take?

  • We know your excitement! We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. All of our parcels provides tracking services unless otherwise stated.

    3. Why won't my discount codes work?

    • Only one discount code is allowed per transaction. We suggest you using one that gives you the most benefit :)  Please note that our discount codes are not to be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated. 

    4. What payment methods do you accept?

    • We currently accept credit cards (Mastercard & Visa) through the shopify payment platform. We also offer BNPL through Paypal Pay in 4, Zip-Pay and Laybuy.
